Painting competion entry for august

I need to finish at least 1000 points of Traitor guard before the end of the year. My painting is neither quick nor very good.

I try to paint for a tabletop quality result and have cool models (conversions).

This weekend I'm going to finish construction and start painting :)

City fight terrain - Expansion 2 - Part 1

Last quarter was a success, Wiz and me both finished our blocks :) and I'll be creating a channel and bridge. This will cover 10 city blocks.

I'm making 3 pieces of terrain :

1 bridge
2 channels

I made the baseboard from 6 mm MDF like all the city blocks. Add some walls (from castlemolds) to contain the water

City fight terrain - Expansion Part 5

I've had some progress on the defence building, giving it the basic grey I give all the buildings. The steel floor is going to be weathered and the ground given some flock and static grass. I've made the gun a bit more gothic with cod sprues. Given a red primer and a black undercoat. Still deciding on how to paint it.



Also I've started on the last of my buildings for this quarter.



A lot to do this month, I hope my girlfriend doesn't plan on doing a lot in the weekends

City fight terrain - Expansion Part 4

Small update, the black paint did not hold and I had to remove it. I cleaned it with water but also found out that my glue is not waterproof. After small repairs I was at scratch again.

The statue


The paint is still drying. The statue was painted grey, drybrushed with light grey and white. Then I painted it dark green with GW ink. The floor tiles are dark grey and purple (a mixing accident but I very happy with the result).

Dark grey = 50% black 50% white
Light grey = 25% black and 75% white
